Lumojet AF-X530 After-Sales Warranty Policy
I. Warranty Coverage
1.The complete system (excluding printheads) is warranted for 2 years from the shipment date for distributors, and 1 year for end-users.
2.Printheads are covered by a 6-month warranty from the shipment date.
II. Warranty Coverage and Instructions
1.The system warranty excludes printheads and all consumable parts (including but not limited to Ink Sac, ink pads, Squeegee Blade, and other ink-path components).
2.This warranty is valid only when consumables supplied by our company are used.
3.Any unauthorized modification or alteration to the machine or consumables will void all warranty and after-sales service.
4.If the printhead or ink system becomes contaminated with ink, the entire machine cannot be returned or exchanged.
5.Faults caused by improper use of the machine by the user are not eligible for free after-sales service.
III. Other
1.Regular replacement of the Ink Sac is recommended to extend printhead lifespan and maintain print quality. We advise replacing Ink Sac and Squeegee Blade every 3 months.
2.A complimentary accessory credit equivalent to 2% of the printer's purchase value is provided. Within this credit, customers may select items such as printheads, mainboards, driver boards, ink system , and other consumables.

1.Warranty Policy
1)The entire unit is covered by a one-year warranty.
2)The warranty period takes effect from the date of delivery specified in the sales contract.
2.Warranty Scope & Conditions
1)Replacement parts covered under warranty are provided free of charge; however, all related shipping and transportation costs shall be borne by the customer.
2)Malfunctions or damages resulting from user misuse, negligence, or improper operation are not covered under this warranty.
Oven
