How to clean the print head by HP printer?
Check the print quality diagnostic page to ensure that the color block does not show white lines and is not faded and intact.
White lines are displayed in the swatches
The color block is incomplete.
If any of the color blocks show white lines, are faded, or incomplete, the print head may become blocked, and you will need to clean the print head several times to restore print quality. Use automated tools to clean print heads through the printer control panel.
1. On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the dashboard, then tap the “Settings” icon 
.
2. Swipe up the screen and click "Printer Maintenance."
3. Touch “Clean Print Head”, and then click “Continue” to print the test page.
4. Check the test page.
If the print quality is unacceptable, please touch "Clean again" to proceed to the next cleaning step.
If necessary, repeat the above steps in the third cleaning phase.
Note: If the print head is heavily clogged, it may need to be cleaned again. If this happens, wait 30 minutes and then perform the three levels of cleaning again.
If the print quality is good, you can touch "Done".
